This vacuum actually works quite well and seems to be well-designed. However, after scouring this manufacturer's website and the internet, it looks like there are NO replacement parts available, like batteries, brush roller, or filters. I mean ZERO.
So, once the battery wears out, or the brush, the entire unit is useless, which is a real shame.
Also, the battery that it comes with has a very short working time before it needs to be recharged.
This is unacceptable when you can buy a similar well-known name-brand vacuum that you can easily consumable obtain replacement parts for, and it only costs slightly less.
Bought the vac in 2022 and it worked wonderfully for 2 years. Then one fine day, the battery died. Since then, I am searching for a support team who can help me get a replacement battery but no one, absolutely no one responds. This is the risk you run when you trust new companies rather than brand names, they can vanish in the thin air.
This is the single worst product I've ever purchased. The vacuum clogged up with dog hair in three locations after every use. I find it irresponsible that it ever made to market. Do not buy this because you will be constantly frustrated.
Says support are available 24/7 no they are not and I am looking for spare parts ie the The light hover Head
I had mine for about a month now. My cat sheds way too much. No carpeting in my home, thanks God! My wood floors are easier to maintain. The vacuum get most everything up and I like the led light. Only complaint is the battery doesn't last long enough! Plus, I can't order a second battery as no stock anywhere. I only use at the medium power and rush through before it dies. A second, back-up battery would be very helpful.
